What You'll Find Inside
Linney's Place is a quaint rental home that offers an attached garage and a 2 car cement driveway (not ideal for boats, campers or trailers). You will enter the beautifully remodeled and fully furnished kitchen. The kitchen's neatly tucked banquette is perfectly positioned for you to enjoy a tranquil view of the private backyard.
Step into an inviting, newly furnished living room. You will find a full size sofa and a second sofa with a queen bed, stowed inside for two extra guests. Enjoy a 42" HD Smart TV and DVD player and connect to the home's WIFI Internet Service.
A shared full bath with a tub/shower combination was newly renovated, in 2017.
Your spacious master suite has a hint of sophistication teamed with a lot of comfort. It boasts a queen size bed with a new pillow top mattress. Make yourself at home and take advantage of the double door closet with ample storage, to keep your clothes fresh. The room also offers a 24" HD Smart TV.
The guest bedroom has a more masculine style and offers the coziness of a full size bed, fitted with a new pillow top mattress. It also has a double door closet, for your convenience and it offers a 19" HD TV.
Laundry space is located in the basement and is available for your use during your stay.
The backyard patio hosts patio furniture and a natural gas grill.
Cleaning
Our cleanliness is always a top priority. All rooms, including light fixtures, door knobs and luggage racks are cleaned and disinfected between each guest stay. Kitchen counters, appliances and all door/drawer pulls are disinfected along with our breakfast area. The living room furniture and TV remotes are also disinfected for everyone's safety. Linens are washed with an added sanitizing agent and gloves are used while handling all linens. We want our guests to know we have prepared a clean environment, so they can feel as though they've never left home.
